Bryan Sirak is the CEO of Locallogy Digital Marketing and a 37-year veteran of the small business, advertising, and home-improvement industries. His career has been shaped by a simple belief: local business owners — especially contractors and remodelers — deserve a marketing partner who is honest, transparent, and relentlessly committed to results. Bryan didn’t start in digital marketing. At 28, with a newborn on the way and no safety net, he walked away from the restaurant world and jumped headfirst into sales. That leap set off a decades-long journey that took him through print advertising, direct mail, business coaching, franchise ownership, and ultimately into the digital world he leads today. He spent 20 years in the print and direct-mail industry, helping companies scale from the ground up. Bryan opened and grew multiple markets throughout Ohio — Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati — and helped drive revenue from roughly $3M to more than $20M during his tenure. He rose from independent contractor to Vice President of Sales & Marketing, building teams, coaching reps, managing territories, and working directly with hundreds of contractors and home-improvement businesses. After leaving that chapter behind, Bryan launched into business coaching as an ActionCoach franchise owner. There, he spent years teaching business owners how to build systems, eliminate chaos, and create “commercial, profitable enterprises that work without them” — a philosophy that still guides his leadership today. He later expanded his reach as a franchise owner with AmSpirit, helping business owners build referral-driven networks and deeper local relationships. Bryan joined Locallogy as an independent contractor more than 16 years ago. What drew him in was the opportunity to help local businesses using modern, transparent digital tools that simply didn’t exist in the print world. Today, he leads the company alongside Founder & CTO, Clive Clifford, whose technical vision and AI expertise power Locallogy’s evolving digital systems. Under Bryan’s leadership — and supported by Locallogy’s full in-house team specializing in SEO, local listings, client onboarding, customer success, and customer experience — the company has grown into one of the nation’s most innovative marketing partners for kitchen and bath remodelers. Bryan brings the vision, strategy, and client insight; Clive brings the technical and AI innovation; and the Locallogy team executes with care, expertise, and a deep understanding of what contractors truly need. Together, they developed the Locallogy Lead Lab AI ecosystem — including chatbots, budget calculators, full-funnel automation, review management, and real-time lead tracking — all built specifically for remodelers. Bryan is known for his straightforward communication, his full-bore work ethic, and his unwavering belief that marketing should be measured, accountable, and profitable. He works closely with kitchen and bath showrooms, design-build firms, and service-based businesses across the country — helping them generate consistent warm leads and build predictable revenue. When he’s not leading the Locallogy team or meeting with clients, Bryan can usually be found spending time with family, golfing, fishing, hunting, playing cornhole, or enjoying time with friends. He currently lives in Virginia and remains as energized about helping local business owners as he was on his very first day.
